My daughter loves yogurt. Even when she was a baby she loved Gerber Yogurt Melts. But, it's always nice to make something yummy and fun. These would be great for picky eaters, as a healthy snack, or as a "dessert". And the best part? They're super easy!
What you need:
Yogurt
Cookie Sheet
Plastic Baggie
Scissors
Put your favorite yogurt in the baggie and snip off the corner.
Squeeze the bag to make nickel size dollops of yogurt on the cookie sheet
Freeze for 2-3 hours and put the dots in a container. Store in the freezer.
See, I told you it was EASY!!
You can also put bits of fruit on the top too. Or even puree some fruit (banana and strawberry is great) and add it to plain yogurt so you get a boost of fruits (may even be able to sneak that in for your picky eater).
